A Little Bit About Me

First of all, thank you for taking the time to find out a bit more about the coaching & services that I offer.

I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2010. Since then I have tried my hand at other careers such as a Fire Fighter and Close Protection; however, my passion has and always will be health & wellbeing/fitness. 

​

I was an overweight teenager and struggled with anxiety. My life changed when a friend introduced me to boxing after school in 2005. From that day fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I not only understand the physical benefits but more importantly the positive contribution it has on my mental health.

​

"The body won't achieve what the mind doesn't believe".

 

My coaching method is a 360 approach, I will look at your lifestyle, nutrition and mindset, as well as focusing on optimal performance in the gym. 

​

I ask for 100% commitment from my clients as I wouldn't expect to give you anything less. I am extremely passionate about what I do and pride myself on getting incredible results.
