Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?
No, there are no hidden extras. I will provide you with an example meal plan but will also teach you the fundamentals of nutrition so you never have to diet again. I believe in a flexible approach so you don't feel restricted.
How should I prepare for my first session?
I would always recommend having something light to eat 60-90 minutes before the session, please ask if unsure. You are responsible to attend the session hydrated and nourished; if at any point I feel you are not able to continue, I will end the session. Comfortable gym clothes and trainers will be required for exercise. The hour slot is reserved for your session, if you cancel within 24 hours you will be required to pay for the session/ you will lose the session.
How do the block bookings work?
You pay for a block at a time, this is to show both parties are invested in the goal. If you cannot make a session one week, that can be carried over to a following week but it cannot be extended outside of the 4 week block. All blocks/packages include Nutrition & Training plans, PDF's to help guide you on your journey.
